A Piano Performance by Racquel Borromeo

Omnilogy, Inc. (www.omnilogyinc.org) will be organizing a festival, which will include master classes/workshops led by Racquel Borromeo. The festival is scheduled to take place from August 1-7 in Cebu City.

All musicians of Cebu City are welcome to participate in the master classes/workshops. There will be no costs involved because the faculty and conductor have generously agreed to waive all fees for this first ever event. It is Omnilogy's hope that the Festival will garner attention and sponsorship that will allow it to become a regular cultural event with a widening circle of artistic contacts and youth development for Cebu City.
